On 28 July, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» observed Environment and Social Responsibility Day, themed ¡®Raising Awareness, Creating Action¡¯. This year¡¯s celebration aimed to inspire greater public awareness and promote meaningful action towards creating positive change in both our communities and the environment.
A key highlight of the event was the fundraising initiative for the Sponsor-A-Child Project, which seeks to support the education of 20 refugee children by covering their school fees in 2026, ensuring they have the opportunity to continue learning and building a brighter future.
The event also marked the start of a new collaboration with Riiicycle - a company dedicated to turning waste into value through an innovative, incentive-based recycling ecosystem. Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» is proud to be the first university to partner with Riiicycle to launch a campus-wide recycling programme at the higher education level.
