The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), in collaboration with Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» University, proudly launched the Science Diplomacy for the Global South course. Bringing together 15 distinguished participants from across the world, this 10-day programme is designed to strengthen capacity in areas such as science in foreign policy, biodiversity diplomacy, climate change negotiations, planetary health and strategic leadership.
